MAGIO II
Purpose:
The device is designed as a semi-automatic auxiliary manipulator for loading Fe, AL, PVC profiles, wood and other bar materials onto the conveyor belts of cutting center bins, onto the conveyor roller tracks of single-blade saws, or directly into the working area of double-blade saws.
Additional function for an additional fee:
- one motor-controlled additional axis.
The additional axis can change the unloading location at a precisely defined / programmed point corresponding to the profile dimension /. This additional function will be appreciated especially by companies engaged in extrusion of profiles with their subsequent palletization, and it is also equally interesting for companies engaged in isothermal joining of AL profiles and their subsequent palletization.
MAGIO construction:
The device is designed as universal , by reassembling certain components, it is possible to change the direction of the material flow from left to right and vice versa, i.e. the direction of loading or unloading. The process of changing the flow can also be performed by the customer. It can be managed in about 30 minutes.
Standard models have a loading or folding arm reach of 1200mm, which more than covers standard 800mm wide profile pallets.
Profile registration range 60 mm and more as basic equipment, narrower profiles on request.
The machine base is designed so universally that individually required parameters can be achieved by simply extending the arm, changing the linear guide, or changing the scanning density of the material width range.
