This machine version enables all types of assembly, alignment and adjustment work for products of opening fillings of buildings, of different construction depths, intended for performance of work in a vertical position. The main ones are entrance doors made of AL, their completion, alignment and output control.
The device can be equipped with:
As a stationary floor-standing booth
As a stationary anchored to the floor, placed at the end of the transport line
As a mobile on a linear rail guide with manual feed - enabling the reception, processing and output of the element at various points in the production process.
The machine is designed as an intelligent semi-automatic machine with SPS control. SPS control mainly fulfills safety supervision and does not allow the operator to fail to comply with work procedures when handling heavy elements in a vertical position. It increases the safety of the door position in the vertical plane against errors in operation and also against interference by uninformed persons in the operation of the machine.
Manual movement of the station allows you to take the element from the magazine, clamp it for assembly, alignment and inspection work, and hand over the element for subsequent transport along the supporting walls or to other transport equipment.
