This version of the machine enables automatic processing of AL hollow multi-chamber profiles from three sides with one clamping of the material. The machine is primarily intended for complete processing of profiles intended for the assembly of foot controls and electrical distribution boards intended for the control of forklifts, commercial vehicles and trucks.
Basic machine concept:
- Four-axis CNC programmable machine equipped with three-axis "HELICAL" spatial interpolation of individual tools.
- Four milling spindles with frequency-controlled speed.
- Servo-motor positioned material vice.

- Separate interpolated milling with the inserted tool
- Parallel interpolated milling with two tools inserted simultaneously
- High-speed interpolated deep drilling
Machine equipment:
- 1x upper vertical electro-spindle equipped with a shank cutter /4.5kW; 9,000÷18,000 Rpm/
- 1x rear horizontal spindle fitted with a carrier with replaceable carbide inserts for high-speed drilling up to a depth of 150mm and a diameter of 23mm /3.5kW; 8,400÷18,000 Rpm/
- 2x lower vertical electro-spindles for end mills. Each mill equipped with 18 carbide inserts / 5.5Kw 4P; 9,000÷18,000 Rpm/
- CNC motor-controlled spacing of the lower milling units
- Lower electro-spindles can work separately or together as parallel spatial interpolation
- Separate pneumatic shifting of each electro-spindle into working and parking positions
- CNC motorized positioning of the material vice
