The MULTICUT 90 cutting center is designed for cutting hollow PVC profile bars according to the cutting plan generated in the TPV production and transferred to the machine using a USB drive. The profiles are clearly specified and defined in DXF format. The range for accepted lengths is 3000 ÷ 6500 mm, with a height of up to 90 mm and a width of up to 250 mm.
The operator uploads the cutting plan to the machine. The cutting plan is a precisely defined format as a .csv file with a prescribed name, field range for individual displayed values and a precisely defined number of instruction lines /capacity of one recording is max. 500 bars/. For rare cases, it is possible to generate the cutting plan directly on the touch screen. However, this is time-consuming and inefficient.
The operator loads the profiles into the dynamic magazine. To load the profiles, the operator switches the touch panel to magazine mode. A set of instructions for loading a specific, precisely defined bar onto the loading bridge is displayed on the screen. After loading the bar and confirming the loading, the bridge automatically transfers the bar to the conveyor, and the conveyor transports the bar to the "Premium" feeder. The bridge is raised and the screen displays a set of information necessary for loading the next bar. The operator repeats the cycle. The conveyor is equipped with intelligent control and therefore decides when to move the contents of the conveyor to the place of reloading into the feeder and when to return to remove the profile from the loading bridge. This function allows for operational loading of bars, just when the operator has free time.
The feeder, cutting machine and output conveyor ensure the cyclical cutting of individual profiles from the bar and their alignment on the output conveyor. Cutting from the bar is a detailed programmed cycle with the following functions:
- Transfer of the profile from the input conveyor to the feeding table
- Grasping the profile into the feeding tongs
- Positioning the profile in the sawing machine to the leveling cut value of 15mm
- Controlled gradual clamping of the profile in the machine / controlled clamping sequence ensures that even soft profiles are not deformed by clamping /
- Start of the cutting unit with control of achieving the required tool speed / subsequently, the permanent start of the tool depends on the set value of the time constant for the continuity of work on the machine /
Movement of the cutting unit:
- Movement at cutting speed to the final position corresponding to the assigned profile width value
- Return to parking position with high return speed
- Unpin profile
- Positioning the first cut and simultaneously pushing the alignment piece onto the removal table
- Controlled clamping and subsequent cycle for the above-described movement of the cutting unit

Residues over 280mm are moved to the output table and smaller residues are discharged by the feeder into the container of unusable waste.
